Our bodies hold our entire life - From our joys to our struggles and pains, to our memories, thoughts, dreams, emotions and sensations. Everything we have ever experienced - how we move (our body and thoughts) impacts how we feel and vice versa. That is why I bring Mind and Body Coaching together for you to develop a deeper understanding of your embodied experiences, to learn to express yourself more authentically, and find your voice (literal or metaphorical). Focus is on exploring themes/situations/challenges/wants and needs/resources through movement, posture, body part expression, voice/sounds with the support of the drawing and intuitive/creative writing media, to provide insight into your internal and sensitive worlds. We work with your stories, who you are today and the changes you would like to embody with an intermodal approach (‘deep dive’ version). The intention for you is to be heard and seen beyond the verbal, and to use the universal language of movement as an entry into how you relate to Self, others and the world, and a way to create new pathways into being and doing.
No prior experience in movement practice or expressive arts is needed. The intention is not on aesthetics or technique or on results but on authentic expression of Self and on your lived experience. So please come as you are!

Woaching
‘Walk with yourself, walk for yourself’: Creative walks and sessions in the environment
A one-to-one « woaching » (« walking coaching ») session to move your words, your thoughts and your body whilst being accompanied in the process!
Are you up for shaking things up a bit? We will walk side by side on a local urban or natural path, at your own pace with conversational coaching. Your sessions may include moments together and by yourself for reflection and introspection, as well as a wrap-up of insights and markers on your journey. All you need is a bottle of water to stay hydrated and good shoes as well as your adventurous self! I will bring paper, pens and crayons to support possible brief creative explorations or reflexive writing.

There are three main approaches that we can focus our one-to-one engagement on,
with the open possibility to weave all modalities as best support your process:
Choose your own coaching adventure!
Each coaching journey and process is unique to you, that is why I propose a menu of 4 different offerings to provide flexibility versus your circumstances and preferences. However, as with Sports and exercise, there is a rhythm and momentum to coaching that is important to have, to stay in the process whilst having ‘in-between’ times for ‘digestion/integration’ and implementation of the insights discovered. This is why most clients prefer mid-to long-term collaboration (12 or 18 hours) - being supported over several sessions helps the trust and coaching alliance to develop with time, and to be held in a way that catalyses relaxation, curiosity, and creative risk taking, whilst going deeper within your own process. The container and sustained commitment/accountability over time enables you to clarify your intention and vision for the engagement, identify/develop/deploy your resources, explore and create new ways of being or doing, including new nurturing habits, whilst also taking stoke of the progress made and celebrate!
Of note, all packages are renewable, not automatically, but rather upon an assessment together during the last programmed coaching session (6th, 12th or 18th hour of the respective packages), on whether there would be any benefit or need to continue together or whether it is time to end well our relationship.
Opting for single sessions is also possible either because some situations require the need to be listened to, to self-reflect and act to move forward rapidly, or because you would like to continue on a ad-hoc basis since finishing a coaching programme (whether with me or someone else).

How does a coaching session typically runs?
Whether virtual or in-person, each 1 hour session, as part of the single session format or of a package, is composed of
three principal phases (which take different shapes and temporalities depending on the set-up and approach taken - mind or mind and body coaching):
Opening: a time to (re)connect, check-in how you are arriving, presence yourself to the coaching and our space, identify the theme/topic you would like to explore, and co-create the entry point of the exploration (e.g., story/situation, conversation, challenge, pattern, reflection, posture, drawing, collage, symbol, dream, body part, movement phrase, emotion, written piece, sound).
Exploration into the unknown: I will guide with prompts and questions, letting words, ideas, thoughts, memories, shapes, connections, emotions, images, intuition, metaphors, awareness etc. emerge in and through you, making visible through speech, movement, sounds, writing, or any other authentic form of expression… focusing on the moment, of what is being said and unsaid, as well as experienced and felt.
Closing: a time to integrate and reflect, on the resources and insights that have emerged during the session, on the actions and next steps that you are committing to, and if applicable on the bridges, concrete or metaphorical, between your body or inner unconscious landscape and your life stories.
