Www.senbazuru.ch (‘website’) is owned and operated by Boissel Embodied Coaching (‘Company,’ ‘we,’ ‘us’, ‘our’). These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors Coaching, Workshops and Themed Programmes. By accessing or using the website for our services, every individual (referred to as ‘you’, ‘your’, ‘Client’) must strictly conform to these Terms - you approve that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.
In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.
In case there arises any situation wherein you do not agree/dispute anything stated above within this Agreement, kindly refrain from giving consent/accessing/browsing/utilising services/portal/platform provided through www.senbazuru.ch.

As a Client, you agree to the following: you are solely responsible for creating and implementing your own physical, mental and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions and results arising out of or resulting from the Coaching relationship and your coaching calls and interactions with us. As such, you agree that we are not and will not be liable or responsible for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by us. You understand coaching is not therapy and does not substitute for therapy if needed, and does not prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder or medical disease.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us from claims arising due to your website/product use, breach of this Agreement, or violation of third-party rights.
8. Limited License
Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited. Violations may lead to termination and damages.
9. Confidential Information
Please do not share confidential information on the website (e.g. via the contact form, or book a discovery call form).
10. Fees
You are responsible for fees and taxes related to purchased products. Keep your billing information updated. We may charge costs for declined/expired payment methods.
11. Data Protection and Privacy
We are under obligation to respect your privacy and handle personal data in compliance with the Swiss Data Protection Act from 25 September 2020 (DPA, SR 235.1). Read our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.
